Terms and Conditions:
Clinic fee non-refundable unless your place can be filled from a waiting list. Payment may be transferred if you organise a replacement. At the organisers' discretion a partial refund might be given if a vet or doctor’s certificate is provided, subject to £3 admin fee and subject to whether venue booking costs have already been incurred.
For Horse Agility clinics: An appropriate headcollar/ halter with a long line of at least 12 feet. If you have moderate control issues and feel that your horse is likely to pull away from you and get loose then please equip your horse with a Monty Roberts Dually headcollar (for serious control issues, contact me for a 1-1 at your yard, not a group clinic). For well behaved equines, a normal headcollar, or western style rope halter are fine. It is recommended that you wear a suitable riding helmet, sturdy footwear and gloves.
For TREC clinics: Tack and dress informal but safe. Riders must wear hats of PAS015 or EN1384 or of superior standard. All hats must be properly fitted and be fastened with a chinstrap and must be worn at all times when mounted. Body protectors are recommended.
Neither the organisers nor the landowners can accept responsibility for any accident, loss, damage, injury or illness to any horse, other animal, rider, spectator or any other person or property. The organisers reserve the right to cancel or refuse any entry.
